| Reservation should be made through PT Cherating Holidays Tours & Travel at least 14 working days in advance. A 50% deposit from the total cost of the package is required upon confirmation. Balance or full payment must be made 14days prior to departure. Failure to comply may result an automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit. Full payment must be received if reservation is made within 7 days prior to departure. |

| Amendment Charges | ||||||

| Any amendment made after payment of deposit or issuance of documents, will be subjected to an amendment fee of IDR50,000. Per person per amendment, plus any other applicable cancellations fees as imposed by our Tour operators, car rental, or hotels and such fees are due immediately when the amendment request is made. No amendment will be accepted within 10 days before the date of departure, and no change may be made after travel has commenced. Changes on the entire booking are considered as a cancellation, and are subject to cancellation charges. |

| Travel Insurance | ||||||

| We strongly recommend all tour participants purchase travel insurance. This includes but not limited to trip cancellations, hospitalization, medical expenses, personal damage insurance, repatriation costs and property cover. | ||||||

| Refund of Unused Services | ||||||

| There would no refund made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport, transfer or any other services which are included in the tour fares but not utilized. | ||||||
| ||||||
| Travel Documents | ||||||
| ||||||
| It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure their travel documents and necessary visa are in order. As a guide, you must have an International Passport or other recognized travel documents which should be valid for at least six months from the date of departure from the last destination of your itinerary. You must have the necessary visas, vaccinations and health certificate as required by the various Government authorities of the countries to be visited. If the passenger is refused to enter by any country, the company cannot be held responsible or liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of tour packaged paid by passenger. |

| Cancellation of Tour by Company and Possible Changes | ||||||
| ||||||
| The company reserves the right to cancel the tour due to uncontrollable factors that do not allow the conduct of a safe tour or the delivery of services as described in the itinerary, including the acts of God, wars, strikes and orders from the Government of Indonesia or other countries. It is possible that due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances that itinerary or routings could be changes. The company will substitute arrangements of the similar standard, should it occur. |

| Responsibility and liability | ||||||

| The company act only as agents for the passenger and the transportation companies, accommodation, entertainment, meals suppliers and other principals involved in this tour. All tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to the terms and conditions under the services provider. The company shall be exempted from liability for loss, injury or damage to property or personal accidents, delays irregularities or the occurrence beyond our control. |
